Luis Gaya (LLM)

He graduated from the Universidad Anahuac North Campus Law Faculty; he holds a major on Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, as well as an LLM on Industrial Property, Copyrights and Information Technology Law, both from the Universidad Panamericana Law Faculty.

He participates actively with the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPI); Member of the National Business Attorneys Association (ANADE).

He has more than 20 years of professional experience on Intellectual Property and Administrative Law.

He is responsible for filing, processing, transference, and licensing of a wide Trademark, Patent, and Copyright portfolio; he renders consulting and counseling on Entertainment Law, Internet Domain Names, Intellectual Property rights Litigation, including administrative litigation, and Intellectual Property related contracts.
